Client Service - Construction Broker
Join WTW as a Client Service - Construction Broker at our Dublin and Cork office. The primary purpose of this role is to manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex construction clients, delivering specialist broking, placement and advisory services while driving retention, growth and superior client outcomes.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, service and retention of a portfolio of construction clients including contractors, developers and project owners.
- Lead placement and negotiation of complex construction risks including Liability, CAR and associated construction covers.
- Develop and implement placement strategies to optimize coverage and pricing.
- Provide technical expertise on construction risks, policy wording and programme design to our customers and internal WTW teams.
- Build and maintain strong insurer relationships to achieve best customer pricing and coverage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support development of tenders, RFPs and
pitches as needed.
• Collaborate with Construction Lead, Account Executives and service teams to improve WTW’s.
strategic decision making in the Construction specialism and wider business.
- Mentor junior brokers and support team development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
