Retirement Implementation Specialist - Night Shift

The Retirement Implementation Specialist role will be an integral part of a global team that will ensure that our systems accurately reflect client pension plan design features and comply with current US legislation.
The Role
- Be part of a pioneer group in Manila that will establish and grow knowledge around the pension
plan designs, as well as the client and Government-specific rules and requirements that govern
them. - Have the opportunity to work within a line of business that provides pension, and health and
welfare administration outsourcing solutions for nearly eight million benefit plan participants
globally, including more than five million in North America. - Work on the Manila night shift to work real-time with the rest of our US onshore colleagues.
- Have immediate focus on:
- Understanding how pension calculations work and the business rules that drive them.
- Test plan execution.
- Raising bugs / issues found based on testing to your Lead RIS.
- Release testing.
- Running calculation regression and updating its list of test cases as needed.
- Execution of monthly processing items (Cash Balance Rollups, Monthly Interest Rates).
- Configuration of new clients’ pension plan XML.
- Eventually grow into:
o Fully understanding the client pension plans and system rules.
o Fulfill responsibilities of a Primary RIS.
o Being a component lead for implementation projects.
