In Retirement, we help organizations design, implement and manage retirement programs that meet the diverse needs of their workforce. Our Manila team delivers solutions that include actuarial consulting, person and retirement plan design, valuation services and retirement risk management. Combining advanced analytics, cutting-edge technology and deep expertise, we help clients across the Philippines and the wider region to navigate challenges in an evolving economic and regulatory landscape.
Our goal is to ensure financial security for employees while optimizing plan efficiency and compliance for our clients. On this three-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience our work – you’ll help deliver it.
- Responsibilities:
- Joining us for three months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:
- Develop and expand your actuarial knowledge
- Gain hands-on experience in data evaluation, generating actuarial results and preparing reports
- Validate and reconcile data
- Support our wider process-improvement initiatives
- Create Excel test cases for liability calculations
- Analyse results at company and consolidation levels
- Work with our market-leading valuation software

Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days a month in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
