Summary: The Sales & Education Executive is accountable for the overall performance of their assigned territory and is responsible for driving commercial performance through retail sales, education, events, and excellent in-store execution. The successful candidate will be highly commercial, passionate about education whilst building strong relationships at both store and regional level.

Responsibilities

Sales:

• Monitor retail performance and use sales data to identify opportunities, prioritise field activity and drive performance across the territory.
• Drive retail sales by leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring commercial targets are achieved across the region.
• Develop and execute annual and quarterly regional business plans, identifying sales opportunities through market trends, competitor activity and commercial analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including floor managers, store directors and regional teams, to maximise brand visibility, secure opportunities and support business growth.
• Ensure excellent in-store execution by maintaining brand standards across visual merchandising, promotional displays, gondola presentation, hygiene and stock/tester availability.
• Recruit, onboard and support agency teams, ensuring they are fully trained, motivated and consistently delivering against brand expectations and sales objectives.
• Plan and support in-store events, trade activations and consumer masterclasses to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales performance.
• Provide regular commercial feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of launches, promotions and business initiatives.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism while delivering a premium customer and retailer experience.

Education:

• Plan & execute in-store & off-site trainings
• Implement & translate training materials in your region
• Upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques
• Lead & plan large scale trainings in your region including classroom & convention style.
• Build strong relationships with HQ training teams
• Support & train BA’s prior & during all animations to deliver maximum ROI.
• Support PR masterclasses.
• Manage and control product incentives with the retailers for the in-store personnel and training kits for retailer HQ.

Administration + Reporting:

• Work closely with your manager to schedule calendar and strategize sales & education opportunities.
• To report/ log all store visits and sales & training successes with line manager and provide feedback to relevant internal & external departments.
• Work within company expense budgets, schedule travel per call cycle, and adhere to established guidelines and procedures.
• Report weekly (Mondays) past week achievements & actions & give an overview of upcoming week’s action plan.

Requirements

• Turkish as native language and English professional level are required
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in beauty retail sales – Sephora experience required
• Experience in multi-site training/ education in store, classroom and large-scale conventions
• Strong written and oral communication in Turkish & English, organizational and time-management skills (
• Confident and experienced in public speaking in large groups of upto but not limited to 150 people
• Candidates must be results-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires up to 80% travel, 4 days a week in store ,with one admin day (Monday)
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize Microsoft Office proficiently.
