We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Smart Certifications Trainee to join our team. This role supports the processing and validation of Purchase Order (PO) certification activities.
The trainee will work closely with global procurement teams to ensure Purchase Orders are accurately reviewed, validated, and processed in accordance with business guidelines and quality standards.
- Review and validate Purchase Orders (POs) as per defined business processes and certification guidelines.
- Perform Level 1 certification activities ensuring accuracy and completeness of procurement documentation.
- Verify purchase order information and supporting documents for compliance with established procedures.
- Identify missing or incorrect information and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Process assigned transactions within agreed service levels (SLAs) while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all certification activities.
- Support internal stakeholders by responding to routine queries related to Purchase Order certification.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines, and information security requirements.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams during the migration and stabilization phase.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, Engineering or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Procurement Operations, Shared Services, Purchase Order Processing, Back Office Operations, or Documentation are welcome to apply.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn global procurement processes and new business applications.
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Dutch or German language knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
- 5 Days working from office (Thane, Mumbai)
