We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead GCash's social media content strategy across key campaigns and always-on initiatives. In this role, you will develop engaging, social-first content that strengthens our brand, grows our online communities, and drives meaningful customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns while staying ahead of social media trends and platform innovations.
You will be responsible for the following:
Develop and lead the social media content strategy for key campaigns and always-on content across GCash's owned social media channels.
Create and manage content plans that align with marketing objectives and drive engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment.
Translate integrated marketing campaigns into social-first strategies and platform-specific content.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to identify new content opportunities and innovations.
Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
Drive audience growth and sustained engagement across social media platforms through relevant and high-quality content.
Provide direction on content execution, copywriting, publishing schedules, and channel management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Coach and guide team members and agency partners throughout campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
Support administrative activities related to supplier coordination and payment processing.
Partner with the Social Media Head to identify opportunities that strengthen GCash's thought leadership in the digital and social media space.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
Strong experience developing and executing social media content strategies for brands or advertising/digital agencies.
Proven ability to create engaging content that aligns with business and marketing objectives.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience behavior, trends, and performance metrics.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a good eye for design and visual content.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup.
