We're now expanding into mid-market and enterprise, and we're building the outbound engine out of Islamabad.

The Role

We're hiring an Islamabad-based SDR to help open doors with agencies, brands, studios, and innovation teams across the US, UK and Gulf markets.

This is a research and writing job before it is a talking job. Most of your meetings will come from finding accounts nobody handed you and writing something a busy creative director actually wants to reply to. Volume dialing is not the motion here.

To be direct: this is not a call-center or live-transfer role. We are not hiring for a phone voice. We are hiring for someone who can build a target list from scratch and write outreach that earns a reply.

You'll work onsite with the GTM team and directly with leadership to shape how ImagineArt enters enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Identify and research high-fit accounts across our target markets

• Craft personalized LinkedIn and email outreach

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads

• Book high-quality discovery meetings

• Maintain CRM hygiene

• Help refine messaging and ICP

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 1 to 3 years in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales role

• You can show us a target list you built yourself, and explain how you picked the accounts on it

• You can show us cold outreach you personally wrote, not a template your manager handed you

• You can research a company you have never heard of and find the one thing worth mentioning to them

• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar to find and verify contacts

• Comfort with creative or marketing teams as buyers

• Ability to work onsite in Islamabad

• Comfortable working hours that overlap with US or UK buyers

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, SaaS, or creative tech

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Ambition to grow into AE / GTM role

Probably Not A Fit If

• Your experience is dialing lists someone else built, on campaigns someone else wrote

• You measure your day in call volume rather than meetings booked

• You want a script to follow rather than a market to figure out

What Success Looks Like

• High-quality meetings with real decision-makers, not gatekeepers

• A target account list the rest of the team trusts and reuses

• Outreach you wrote that gets replies, and a clear read on why it worked

• Strong qualification notes

• Tight collaboration with GTM
