The Chief Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and mechanical equipment. This position leads the engineering team, ensures regulatory compliance, manages preventative maintenance programs, and delivers a safe, efficient, and reliable environment for clients, occupants, and team members. The Chief Engineer serves as the technical expert for the facility while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
