Technical Expertise — Write clean, well-tested code across the full stack. Build highly available, business-critical services in AWS using Node.js and event-driven architectures. Translate complex requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.

Collaboration — Partner closely with adjacent teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and unblock progress. Communicate proactively on task status and project impact. Contribute actively to technical design reviews and serve as a resource other engineers can rely on.
Team Orientation — Show up for the team. Help debug production issues, clear blockers, and improve shared systems — even when the issue isn't yours. Model the collaborative engineering culture you want to work in.
