Als Team Lead Business Support ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen mensen, processen en resultaten. Je geeft leiding aan het Business Support-team en zorgt ervoor dat operationele, logistieke en administratieve processen efficiënt en soepel verlopen. Met jouw coachende houding, organisatorisch talent en focus op continu verbeteren draag je direct bij aan een optimale beschikbaarheid van geneesmiddelen. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je dagelijks schakelt tussen teamontwikkeling, procesoptimalisatie en operationele aansturing.

Wij importeren geneesmiddelen uit EU landen waar de tarieven op dat moment lager zijn dan in Nederland. In ons magazijn in Lelystad worden de middelen uitgebreid gecontroleerd volgens de strengste kwaliteitsnormen. Wij voorzien de geneesmiddelen van een Nederlandse bijsluiter en pakken de medicijnen waar mogelijk om naar de originele Nederlandse verpakking. Zo zorgen wij voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van geneesmiddelen en kunnen wij apotheken, politheken en ziekenhuizen voorzien van de juiste middelen tegen de scherpste prijzen!

Dit ga je doen
Geeft leiding aan, coacht en ontwikkeld het Business Support-team;
Stimuleren van een klantgerichte, resultaatgerichte en samenwerkingsgerichte werkcultuur;
Organiseren en verdelen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden om continuïteit en kwaliteit van dienstverlening te waarborgen;
Voeren van beoordelings-, voortgangs- en ontwikkelgesprekken;
Bevorderen van eigenaarschap, samenwerking en continu verbeteren binnen het team;
Zorgdragen voor een correcte, efficiënte en tijdige uitvoering van operationele en administratieve processen ter ondersteuning van Inkoop en Export;
Bewaken van werkvoorraad, prioriteiten en serviceniveaus en tijdig signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten;
Zorgdragen voor een optimale ondersteuning van de commerciële afdelingen;
Coördineren van transportactiviteiten en opvolgen van zendingen met als doel leverbetrouwbaarheid te waarborgen en transportkosten te optimaliseren;
Toezien op een correcte verwerking en controle van inkomende goederen, waaronder aantallen, prijzen, batchnummers en houdbaarheid;
Coördineren van afwijkingen, klachten en claims richting leveranciers en toezien op een correcte afhandeling;
Onderhouden van contacten met logistieke dienstverleners en signaleren van mogelijkheden voor kostenbesparing en procesoptimalisatie;
Bewaken van processen rondom leveranciersaanmaak, artikelbeheer, stamgegevensbeheer en voorraadmutaties in het ERP-systeem;
Samen met Finance zorgdragen voor een correcte opvolging van betalingen, creditnota’s en administratieve afwikkeling;
Ondersteunen van de Exportafdeling bij klantaanvragen, klantaanmaak en operationele follow-up;
Initiëren en implementeren van verbeteringen op het gebied van efficiëntie, procesbeheersing en samenwerking tussen afdelingen;
Opstellen en monitoren van KPI’s en rapportages ten behoeve van de Director International Trade.

Dit neem je mee
HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde, Operations Management of vergelijkbaar;
Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support of een vergelijkbare omgeving;
Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coördineren van een team;
Kennis van logistieke processen, planning en operationeel procesmanagement;
Inzicht in ketenprocessen, commerciële administratie en klantondersteuning;
Ervaring met ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office, met name Excel;
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om data te vertalen naar verbetervoorstellen;
Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
In staat om meerdere prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te beheren zonder concessies te doen aan kwaliteit en service;
Een proactieve leider die medewerkers weet te ontwikkelen, verbeteringen stimuleert en operationele resultaten realiseert;
Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector of gezondheidszorg is een pré.

As Team Lead Business Support, you are the connecting link between people, processes and results. You lead the Business Support team and ensure that operational, logistical and administrative processes run efficiently and smoothly. With your coaching approach, strong organisational skills and focus on continuous improvement, you directly contribute to ensuring the optimal availability of medicines. This is a diverse role in which you will continuously switch between team development, process optimisation and day-to-day operational management.
We are BModesto
We import medicines from EU countries where the rates are lower than in the Netherlands at that time. In our warehouse in Lelystad, the products are extensively checked according to the strictest quality standards. We provide the medicines with a Dutch package leaflet and, where possible, repack the medicines to the original Dutch packaging. In this way we ensure optimal availability of medicines and we can provide pharmacies, outpatient clinics and hospitals with the right medicines at the best prices!

This is what you will do
Lead, coach and develop the Business Support team;
Foster a customer-focused, results-oriented and collaborative working culture;
Organise and allocate daily activities to ensure continuity and quality of service;
Conduct performance reviews, progress meetings and development discussions;
Promote ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team;
Ensure the accurate, efficient and timely execution of operational and administrative processes in support of Procurement and Export;
Monitor workload, priorities and service levels, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks;
Ensure optimal support for the commercial departments;
Coordinate transport activities and follow up on shipments to ensure delivery reliability and optimise transport costs;
Oversee the accurate processing and verification of incoming goods, including quantities, prices, batch numbers and expiry dates;
Coordinate deviations, complaints and claims with suppliers and ensure their proper resolution;
Maintain relationships with logistics service providers and identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimisation;
Monitor processes related to supplier creation, item management, master data management and inventory transactions within the ERP system;
Work closely with Finance to ensure the correct follow-up of payments, credit notes and administrative processes;
Support the Export department with customer requests, customer creation and operational follow-up;
Initiate and implement improvements in efficiency, process control and cross-functional collaboration;
Develop and monitor KPIs and reports for the Director International Trade.

What to bring
Bachelor's degree (HBO level), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field;
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support or a similar environment;
Experience in leading, coaching or coordinating a team;
Knowledge of logistics processes, planning and operational process management;
Understanding of supply chain processes, commercial administration and customer support;
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable improvement proposals;
Good command of both English and Dutch, both written and spoken;
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality or service;
A proactive leader who knows how to develop employees, drive improvements and achieve operational results;
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a plus.
