We're looking for a passionate and driven Sales Specialist to join our Perten team in Türkiye. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our Perten and Delta laboratory instrumentation business by developing new customer relationships while strengthening partnerships with existing clients.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving business growth across Türkiye by identifying new opportunities and delivering value to customers in the food industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales growth across your assigned territory.
• Developing new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Building trusted partnerships with food manufacturers and food testing laboratories.
• Promoting Perten's industry-leading portfolio.
• Supporting local distributors and channel partners.
• Delivering product demonstrations, seminars and technical presentations.
• Managing your sales pipeline, preparing accurate forecasts and achieving sales targets.
• Staying informed about market trends, customer needs and competitive solutions.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines commercial excellence with a passion for technology and customer success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Meet assigned annual sales targets
• Experience managing strategic customer accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand and communicate technical products
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel extensively (at least 50% overnight travel)
• Good communication skills in English.
