Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support & Onboarding: Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries, guiding businesses through seamless onboarding, setup, and implementation.
- Data & Process Operations: Maintain accurate operational documentation, track key operational metrics, and ensure high attention to detail across daily workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, tech, and product teams to streamline processes, solve client issues, and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
- Insights & Analysis: Monitor customer feedback and operational trends to help identify areas for system and process improvements.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and success.

- High Attention to Detail & Quality: Exceptional meticulousness when handling client data, operational documentation, and daily processes.
- Data Sensitivity & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working with data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and drive process optimization.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating smoothly across internal teams.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment and comfortable navigating cross-timezone collaboration.
- Bonus: Prior internship experience in B2B Fintech, payment processing, Customer Success, or Operations is a plus.
