About the Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Sr Marketing Specialist – Branding, PR & Sales to strengthen LamdaX’s brand presence, execute marketing initiatives, support PR activities, and contribute to business growth and sales.
The role combines branding, digital marketing, content, PR, lead generation, and business development support, working closely with management, sales, product, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Marketing
- Develop and maintain LamdaX’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Support brand strategies, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Develop creative concepts and marketing content that increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, copywriters, and other creative resources.
Social Media & Content
- Manage LamdaX’s social media presence and content calendar.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and publishing of content.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
- Ensure all content reflects LamdaX’s brand voice and visual identity.
Public Relations (PR)
- Support PR strategies and initiatives to strengthen LamdaX’s public image and market presence.
- Coordinate PR campaigns, announcements, media materials, and external communications.
- Identify relevant media, industry, and networking opportunities that increase brand visibility.
- Maintain consistent messaging across external communications and public-facing channels.
Sales & Business Development
- Support lead-generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market and customer research to understand target audiences and opportunities.
- Assist with lead follow-up and business development activities.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through execution.
- Manage timelines, approvals, revisions, and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into clear creative briefs and actionable tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers when required.
Reporting & Performance
- Track marketing, social media, brand, and lead-generation KPIs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Use data and customer insights to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 4 years+ of relevant experience in marketing, branding, PR, social media, account management, or a related role.
- Practical experience in brand management and marketing campaign execution.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, and customer engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Creative thinking combined with commercial and business awareness.
- Experience working with creative teams and external resources.
