The role
Our EMEA sales team is growing quickly, and we’re hiring a Sales Manager to report to the Director of Sales, EMEA help us build the leadership and operating foundations for the next stage of scale. You’ll take ownership of a customer segment and lead its people, performance, and playbook. This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a finished system: you’ll partner closely with senior leadership to own building the coaching, reporting, onboarding, and operational structures the team needs to grow without lowering the bar.
Key ownership areas:
Own the performance and quota of a sales segment (SMB / MM)
Recruit. lead, coach, and develop a growing team of quota-carrying sellers, reinforcing a high bar for execution.
Adapt and scale our MEDDIC and Command of the Message sales playbook for your segment, creating a repeatable approach that can scale.
Establish the operating cadence, reporting, and performance visibility needed to run the team effectively.
Partner with sales enablement to turn training and methodology into consistent execution across the team.
Help hire and onboard exceptional sales talent as the EMEA organization expands.
What you bring
Experience leading a high-performing B2B sales team; depth of experience matters less than evidence that you are an exceptional leader.
A builder’s mindset, with experience creating or improving sales playbooks, systems, and operating structures rather than only inheriting them.
Strong coaching and talent-development skills, with a track record of raising the performance bar for sellers.
Systems thinking: you can translate ambitious growth goals into clear processes, reporting, and team rhythms.
Excellent customer-facing judgment and the ability to support sellers in complex commercial conversations.
Experience in mid-market, SMB, or building a new regional sales motion; expertise in any one of these can be a strong fit.
