Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be flexible in working hours and assist within a team environment.
- Stay open to learning new topics and enhancing your skills.
- Possess knowledge about Electronic Financial Transactions (preferred).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- High School Diploma
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong PC skills.
- Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage.
