We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with great enthusiasm for the event ticketing industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling requests through phone / live chat from customers and clients as well as providing on premise support to live events. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.
What you will do
- Provide support over email/Live chat (B2C, B2B)
- Handle phone calls to create new online ticket reservations through our website
- Handle issue, re-issue, refund requests for Event & Ferry Tickets (B2C)
- Provide on-site customer support and box office operations at live events, including concerts, sporting events and festivals
- Make outbound calls to troubleshoot Organizer issues
- Be able to jungle between tasks and coordinate teams respectively
- Ensure & provide quality of service i.e., handle inquiries & complaints from customers/client in a friendly, yet professional manner
Requirements
- 2-3 years proven working experience as a support consultant
- Proven experience in a technical or implementation consulting role, with a focus on AI/machine learning solutions
- Ability to work in shifts
- Willingness and flexibility to work at live events (concerts, sporting events, festivals)
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal & written
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Dynamics, Jira etc), OpenCX or similar, Intercom or any similar live chat platform
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of ForthCRS - Certus System will be a plus
