Handle returns, damaged goods, and shipment exceptions with precision and proper documentation.
Generate monthly and quarterly operational reports covering shipment volumes, collection performance, and carrier KPIs.
Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SOPs across the fulfilment function — ensuring processes are clear, current, and consistently followed.
Contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), identify operational gaps, and lead process improvement initiatives that raise the bar for efficiency and accuracy across the fulfilment team.
Basic Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritising high-value shipments and tasks with precision.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every item is handled with care and exacting standards.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when managing valuable assets.
Alignment with Nivoda's company values, culture, and commitment to excellence.
