Description

Optime Group are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator to support a warehouse for Avanti Trains based at Manchester Picadilly. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative support during a busy operational period.

This is a purely administrative position. Full training and access to the required software systems will be provided.

Start Date: ASAP

What's on Offer

• Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
• Hours: 30 hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
• Full training provided

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the warehouse team.
• Filing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ordering supplies and processing administrative requests.
• Taking meeting notes and preparing documentation.
• Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Supporting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Using internal software systems to maintain records and complete administrative duties.
• Assisting with general warehouse administration as required.

Requirements

• Previous administration experience is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
