Sales Manager

Pixlr Group is looking for a Sales Manager who can lead enterprise selling with confidence, warmth, and strong commercial judgment. This is not a back-office sales role. We want someone who can build trust quickly, represent a world-class product with pride, and turn strong conversations into long-term business relationships.
You will lead revenue growth across Pixlr’s products and programmes by owning the sales pipeline, closing high-value opportunities, and helping shape a disciplined, high-performing sales culture. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Support to convert demand into revenue and grow strategic accounts across target markets.
The Job:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and position Pixlr as a credible, valuable partner.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and deeper client engagement.
- Lead sales conversations with confidence, clarity, and a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Manage pipeline health, forecast accurately, and maintain momentum across multiple opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Support to improve conversion and strengthen go-to-market execution.
- Coach and support junior sales team members, helping raise performance and consistency.
- Contribute market insight, competitive feedback, and customer signals to improve positioning and commercial strategy.
Requirements
The Person:
- 5 to 8 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, software, digital platforms, or subscription-based products.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle and navigating commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Polish, energy, and professionalism to every client interaction.
- You know how to balance relationship-building with commercial discipline.
- Confident in presentations, proposals, negotiations, and follow-through.
- Work well across functions and keep people aligned around revenue goals.
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is a strong advantage.
