What You'll Do:

Build Relationships: Manage and develop strong connections with our existing partners, ensuring clear communication, positive collaboration, and building trust to secure additional referrals.
Identify Opportunities: Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Drive Sales: Proactively uncover new business opportunities and lead client acquisition efforts.
Expand Horizons: Develop creative strategies to explore new industries, client types, and markets to grow our partner network.
Lead Conversations: Conduct calls with potential clients, understand their business needs, and present our value proposition clearly and effectively.
Stay Organized: Actively manage your pipeline, keep our CRM systems up to date, and track inquiries.
Be a Trusted Advisor to the Clients: Help clients grow their business to foster mutual growth for our company.
Identify Potential Partners: Develop a strategic plan for partnership growth, articulate the value proposition for potential partners and regularly engage with partners to build and ensure ongoing collaboration.

Requirements

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
Proven track record of success in building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Are confident in English and can communicate effectively with international clients (both written and spoken).
Are tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and tools.
Are well-organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Understand the software development world and can speak the language of our business.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Bonus points if you have experience with U.S. clients or an agency background!
