This is an opportunity to build real sales skills, work in a high-energy office environment, and directly impact your income through performance, while still having the stability of guaranteed hourly base pay.
No finance experience needed. We provide hands-on training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with business owners and learn about their financing needs
- Build relationships through outbound calls, email, and follow-up communication
- Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM
- Learn how to present financial solutions and close deals
- Develop professional sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
