No task is beneath you, and you take pride in finishing what you start.

• Assist with construction and carpentry (framing, metal work, simple structures, etc.)

• Work on outdoor and utility projects such as trenching, block stacking, or landscaping tasks

• Tackle one-off projects and pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving forward

Qualities We’re Looking For

• Flexibility: Can adapt to new processes or workflows

• Detail-Oriented: Produces quality work and pays attention to the small details.

• Hard-Working: Willing to put in long hours when needed.

• Independent: Works well without constant direction, a self-starter, can manage shifting priorities.

• Flexible: Thrives when switching between big build projects and smaller, detailed tasks.

• Finisher: Reliable about following through and completing jobs to a high standard.

• Stellar communication: Great verbal and written communication
