Enterprise Sales Executive - New Business

Used by leading enterprises, REAL transforms fragmented information into connected intelligence and automated action. Our AI-powered platform helps customers improve operational accuracy, uncover financial opportunities, and make better business decisions.

We’re looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Executive to help build REAL’s U.S. business and drive our next stage of growth.

This is a founding sales role at REAL, with a clear focus on winning net-new enterprise customers across the U.S.

You’ll build new relationships from the ground up, open doors into some of the largest organizations in the U.S., and own complex enterprise deals from first conversation through close.

This is not an account management role. We’re looking for a true new-business builder — someone who knows how to create opportunities where none exist, navigate complex organizations, build relationships with senior executives, and turn those relationships into significant enterprise revenue.

You’ll work directly with REAL’s founders and leadership team, helping us define which customers we pursue, how we win them, and ultimately how we build a repeatable enterprise sales motion in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

Win net-new enterprise customers and drive new revenue across the U.S.
Build your territory and pipeline from the ground up, including proactively identifying and creating new opportunities.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through business case development, negotiation, and close.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and multiple stakeholders across complex enterprise organizations.
Navigate long, consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles and create urgency around strategic initiatives.
Understand customers’ business challenges and position REAL’s AI platform around measurable business value.
Develop account strategies for high-value target organizations and identify the right entry points, champions, and decision-makers.
Partner closely with SDRs while also taking personal ownership of pipeline generation and opening strategic accounts.
Work directly with the founders, Product, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process.
Help shape REAL’s U.S. enterprise sales playbook based on what you learn in the market.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of winning net-new business.
Proven success closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
A measurable track record of new logo acquisition and new revenue generation.
Experience building pipeline independently through outbound, relationships, referrals, events, partnerships, or other creative channels.
Experience selling AI, SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, cybersecurity, or another complex technology solution.
Strong experience selling to senior executives and navigating large enterprise organizations.
A true hunter mentality — resourceful, persistent, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch.
Strong executive presence and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High ownership and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment without an established sales playbook.
Excited to work closely with founders and help build the U.S. sales organization from the ground up.
