Requirements
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing maintenance and repair work across our residential properties and company facilities.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders professionally and in a timely manner
- Perform general repairs, including:
- Basic electrical work
- Plumbing repairs
- Carpentry and drywall repairs
- Painting and touch-ups
- General property maintenance
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future repair needs
- Assist with exterior property upkeep and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Respond to occasional after-hours emergency maintenance calls when necessary
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, remodeling, or handyman services
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand and power tools necessary for routine maintenance work
- Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
