At Systemic, we design and deliver the investment management and regulatory technology for fund managers, fund administrators, wealth managers, broker-dealers, as well as banking and insurance professionals across Europe. Our core platform, RiskValue™, turns a complex and constantly moving regulatory landscape into decisions our clients can defend.
We're hiring a Financial Systems Consultant into our Customer Success team. You'll work directly with major European financial institutions, translating their business and regulatory requirements into working system solutions, and advising them on how to get the most out of the platform. It's a hands-on, client-facing role: you bridge the gap between financial logic and system configuration, in both directions. It's also one of the fastest ways to build deep expertise in investment operations and regulatory technology.

💡 Your mission:
- Configure, implement and support the RiskValue™ Investment Management & Regulatory suite across key client accounts
- Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into effective, system-based solutions
- Advise clients on best practice and help them use the platform's advanced capabilities to the full
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of new features and modules: what you learn from clients shapes our roadmap
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and reliable day-to-day delivery
Requirements
🔎 What we’re looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Mathematics/Engineering or a related field
- Around 2 to 5 years of professional experience in financial systems, investment management, fund operations, consulting or related financial services roles
- Good understanding of capital market products and financial operations
- Working knowledge of financial and regulatory frameworks
- The ability to analyse a complex platform and build a client's requirement inside it
- Clear communication, a structured approach to problem-solving, and reliability with your accounts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus; CFA is a strong plus (in progress counts)
- We value curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn just as much as prior experience
