You may already be succeeding in account management or business development. Equally, you might be a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Design Engineer, Project Manager or Technical Consultant who knows the technology and is ready to move closer to customers and the commercial side of the business.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Build your market: Develop relationships with enterprise organisations, commercial property developers and landlords across Greater London.
• Create opportunities: Identify new customer needs, open doors and convert opportunities across new and existing accounts.
• Become a trusted adviser: Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, Facilities, enterprise environments, Procurement and Digital Transformation.
• Influence major projects: Work with consultants, architects, engineers and design professionals to help shape technology and infrastructure specifications.
• Bring technology to life: Translate CommScope SYSTIMAX and NETCONNECT capabilities into compelling customer outcomes.
• Build a winning ecosystem: Work closely with CommScope Partners and Distributors to increase project coverage and conversion.
• Own your business: Develop account plans, maintain a strong pipeline and use CRM insight to forecast and prioritise opportunities.
• Connect across CommScope: Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Operations and the wider UK & Ireland organisation to identify and execute growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for potential as well as experience. You do not necessarily need to have held an Account Manager title.

• Experience within networking, telecommunications, structured cabling, data centres, building infrastructure or a related technology environment.
• A strong technical foundation and the ability to learn quickly.
• Evidence that you can build credibility and productive relationships with customers or stakeholders.
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding what drives customer decisions.
• Confidence communicating technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Initiative, resilience and the motivation to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
• A genuine desire to develop your career in strategic sales and account management.
