ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Join Coty's Prestige Fragrances team and work on some of the world's most iconic fragrance brands. This role offers hands-on experience in brand marketing, campaign activations, retail excellence, and commercial strategy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Brand Marketing (80%)
- Support the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns across multiple prestige fragrance brands.
- Collaborate with agencies, retailers, influencers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Work closely with Commercial, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights and Supply teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide support in social and retail activations to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Monitor consumer, market and cultural trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Marketing Operations (20%)
- Coordinate product samples, POSM, and marketing collateral to support campaign and business needs.
- Coordinate PO creation, invoice processing and payment follow-up.
- Support budget tracking and day-to-day team operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You are passionate about marketing and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. In addition, you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
- Passion for beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within beauty, fragrance, luxury or FMCG.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in social media, influencer marketing or retail activation is a plus.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Social and digital savvy with an interest in consumer trends.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to adapt global brand messaging into compelling and locally relevant consumer communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and approved AI tools.
