Uproot Clean · Argentina
Operations Specialist
Location: Fully Remote (LATAM)
Job Type: Full-Time
Obsessed with fixing broken systems? We need a problem-solver who can bring structure to chaos, keep operations running smoothly, and build better ways of doing things every day. This is a hands-on role where execution, accuracy, and continuous improvement are non-negotiable.
About Uproot Clean
Uproot Clean is a fast-growing, performance-driven consumer brand built for pet owners. We operate at scale across Amazon, Shopify, and retail, and we are constantly building internal systems to support that growth. Operations is not a support function here—it is a core driver of efficiency and scale. The work you do directly impacts how fast and effectively the company runs. If you want to work in an environment where problems get solved fast and systems are constantly improving, this is the place.
The Role
This is a hands-on execution role. You will manage day-to-day operational processes while continuously improving them. Your job is not just to execute tasks, but to identify inefficiencies, fix them, and build systems that prevent them from happening again.
You will work across inventory, data, and operational workflows—ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency at every step.
This is not a passive or repetitive role. You are here to take ownership, solve problems, and make operations better over time.
This Role Is For You If:
You enjoy organizing systems and making them work
You naturally spot inefficiencies and think of ways to improve them
You like building processes, not just following them
You are detail-oriented and care deeply about accuracy
You take ownership of problems and follow through until they are solved
You are comfortable working independently and figuring things out
This Role Is NOT For You If:
You prefer strictly defined tasks with no ambiguity
You need constant direction or supervision
You are comfortable letting errors or inconsistencies go unresolved
You focus only on completing tasks instead of improving systems
