Marketing Lead
Warren · Gent
Be the genius who shapes the Warren brand, builds powerful pipelines, and ensures we're impossible to ignore.
Why we exist
Traditional compensation plans in Belgium are outdated: low-yield products, minimal transparency, and endless paperwork. Employees worry about their financial wellbeing and HR teams are bogged down in administration.
That's where WARREN steps in. We're pioneering Wealth Enablement—a new category focused on modern, transparent, and truly valued pensions, benefits, and investing. Employers trust us to attract and retain top talent. Employees appreciate that their money finally works for them.
We've secured Belgium’s first-of-its-kind pension fund license, fueling exponential growth. As we scale, marketing turns our momentum into brand authority and measurable pipeline. That’s where you come in.
What You’ll Own
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead who can build our narrative and the team that brings it to life. You’ll sit at the crossroads of brand building and demand generation: crafting a compelling story, then leading the people, campaigns, and strategies that make it resonate. You’ll own the full marketing scope—brand positioning, digital growth, content, flagship events, and website. You won’t go it alone: you’ll build and lead a lean team of domain experts, setting direction, raising the bar, and staying hands-on where it matters most.
As a leadership team member, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Product to influence Warren’s perception—first in Belgium, then abroad. No two weeks are the same. You’ll make Warren top-of-mind in the category we’re building.
