About WellTheory

WellTheory is a digital health company helping people with autoimmune conditions take control of their health through personalized care, nutrition guidance, and ongoing coaching. We're a team of 60+ passionate people who care deeply about helping our members reduce symptoms, feel better, and live fuller lives — while helping employers and payors reduce their spend.

About the Role

WellTheory is looking for an Implementations Engineer to join our fully-remote team. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a mission-driven company working to promote better health outcomes for people with autoimmune disease — owning how partner data flows into our platform and helping new employer, health plan, and channel partners go live quickly and reliably. You'll be our US-based technical owner for partner implementations.

You likely have 3-5+ years of experience as a software engineer. Our current stack includes TypeScript, Node, Postgres, BigQuery, Dataform, and Terraform on GCP — though you don't need experience with every piece; we're confident an experienced engineer can ramp up quickly. We're looking for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals, strong written and verbal communication, and experience building and running data integrations in production.

As a small team, we're all generalists who pick up new challenges — we want someone who can pick a problem and solve it. You'll report to Claire Rudolph, our CPO.

What You’ll Do

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

This position requires current work authorization in the United States and that you live in and work from the United States, because some partner contracts require that only US-based staff access their data. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
