The Role
We're hiring a Creative & Design Director to own AllCare's creative and design function across GTM. This person will be responsible for setting the creative direction while managing the team, priorities, quality, and delivery across all marketing channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong creative judgment with the ability to manage and elevate a multidisciplinary design team. You'll translate marketing strategy and briefs into compelling creative concepts, ensure a consistently high visual standard, and make sure the team is focused on the right work and delivering it effectively.
You'll directly manage our creative team, including design and 3D/motion resources, while partnering closely with Performance Marketing and web resources to ensure creative supports both the brand and measurable GTM goals.
What You'll Own
- Creative Team Leadership: Manage and develop a multidisciplinary creative team, providing direction, feedback, development, and day-to-day support.
- Creative Direction: Own the visual direction of the AllCare brand across web, social media, campaigns, presentations, video, events, sales materials, and other GTM touchpoints.
- Campaign Concepts: Translate marketing strategies, briefs, and business objectives into strong creative concepts and campaign directions.
- Brand Quality & Consistency: Maintain and evolve a cohesive visual identity while ensuring all creative work meets a consistently high standard.
- Creative Review: Review, critique, and elevate the team's creative output, providing clear and actionable feedback from concept through final delivery.
- Team Priorities & Delivery: Manage workload, priorities, timelines, and project allocation across the creative team to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
- Performance Creative: Partner closely with Performance Marketing on campaign concepts, creative testing, iteration, and performance-driven assets.
- Web & Landing Pages: Partner with web and development resources on website and landing-page creative, ensuring strong visual execution, clear messaging, and effective user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, content, sales, product, and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective creative.
- Creative Operations: Build clear processes for briefs, feedback, approvals, prioritization, and delivery so the creative function can operate efficiently as demand grows.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Above all: a strong creative leader who knows how to get great work out of a team. We're looking for someone with exceptional visual judgment who can establish the creative direction, translate strategy into compelling concepts, and ensure the team consistently delivers at a high level.
- Proven Experience: 6–8+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, including at least 2 years managing creative or design teams.
- Creative Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing designers and multidisciplinary creative talent, including assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing output, and developing team members.
- Exceptional Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated work across digital, web, brand campaigns, marketing creative, and presentation design.
- Design Expertise: Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of modern design workflows and production.
- Design Fundamentals: Exceptional typography, layout, composition, branding, and art-direction skills with a highly developed visual eye.
- Concept Development: Ability to take marketing strategy, business objectives, or loosely defined briefs and turn them into clear creative concepts and visual direction.
- Multidisciplinary Direction: Experience directing work across graphic design, web, motion graphics, video, animation, and 3D.
- Performance Mindset: Understanding of how creative contributes to campaign performance, with experience partnering with growth or performance marketing teams on testing and iteration.
- Project & Priority Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and team capacity in a fast-moving environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions, give constructive feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders.

- Experience leading creative for technology, healthcare, SaaS, AI, or other high-growth companies.
- Experience managing an in-house creative or design team.
- Experience creating for both B2B and consumer audiences.
- Experience with paid social, performance marketing, and conversion-focused creative.
- Strong understanding of web and landing-page design and conversion principles.
- Experience directing motion design, video production, and 3D creative.
- Experience working with US-based brands or marketing teams.
- Startup or high-growth experience building creative processes and systems from the ground up.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive package of USD $1,800–$2,200 per month (including performance bonus), commensurate with experience, portfolio, and demonstrated leadership.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates only)
