Schedule: Full-Time
Shifts: Flexible scheduling options available, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Competitive Pay + Shift Differentials

Base Pay: $44.00–$45.00/hour + Shift Differential

Weekday 1st Shift (7 AM–3 PM): +$0.00/hour
Weekday 2nd Shift (3 PM–11 PM): +$1.00/hour
Weekday 3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM): +$2.00/hour
Weekend 1st Shift (7 AM–3 PM): +$1.50/hour
Weekend 2nd Shift (3 PM–11 PM): +$2.00/hour
Weekend 3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM): +$3.00/hour

Earn up to $48.00/hour on weekend overnight shifts!

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team and support the medical needs of adults receiving residential substance use treatment.

We offer flexible scheduling options across day, evening, and overnight shifts, with opportunities for both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. We are open to discussing scheduling preferences to find an arrangement that aligns with the needs of the facility and the right candidate.

The RN plays a key role in providing quality nursing care through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care coordination, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for new admissions and ongoing client care.
Administer medications and monitor clients for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
Deliver nursing care in alignment with detoxification and medical protocols.
Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with established protocols.
Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in client condition.
Provide education to clients regarding medications, health conditions, and wellness.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate documentation while upholding strict confidentiality.
Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely.
Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion.
Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Certifications: Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required.
Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Preferred: Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders and familiarity with detoxification protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $44.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience.
Shift Differentials: Up to an additional $3.00 per hour, depending on the shift and day worked.
