Role Overview
As a Growth Manager on RZR's China Growth team, you drive revenue growth and client retention across a portfolio of accounts by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
You build a growth plan for each account, communicate progress with rigor, and run disciplined forecasting and pipeline management to keep the business on track. Using data-driven insight, you develop consultative, strategic partnerships across client organizations — from day-to-day stakeholders to executive leadership — and use quarterly business reviews and ongoing performance conversations to prioritize what actually moves the business.
Internally, you build strong relationships across teams, clear the way for your accounts, and make sure growth strategies are executed with precision. This role sits within a small, senior CN Growth team supporting a rapidly expanding client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable revenue by growing existing accounts, preventing churn, and identifying opportunities for long-term growth across your portfolio.
- Own end-to-end account strategy — building growth plans that cover relationship mapping, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and both short- and long-term retention goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering data-driven recommendations and driving product adoption through regular meetings with stakeholders up to executive leadership.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to keep campaigns running smoothly and translate performance data into clear business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience.
- Maintain forecasting discipline and accurate reporting to ensure reliable, well-run account management.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising or mobile ad-tech, in an account management or customer success role.
- A track record of adapting quickly and driving growth initiatives in a fast-growing company.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to reach goals.
- Comfort collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across different backgrounds and functions.
- Familiarity with data and numbers; understanding of AI/ML and ad tech is a plus.
- Proficiency with at least one data dashboard tool (e.g. Holistics, Looker, Tableau).
- A strong sense of ownership and passion for continuous growth.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
