Receptionist

Second Foundation is a global energy trading company with around 500 employees across Prague, Zug, Berlin, Charlotte, and Tokyo. We work with electricity trading, renewable energy, and battery storage, combining technology with an international working environment.
We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Masaryčka in Prague. The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting the day-to-day running of an office, and being in regular contact with colleagues and visitors.
What you would work on?
- Managing the Second Foundation front desk and being the first point of contact for employees and visitors, including registration, issuing badges, and providing entrance cards.
- Helping to keep the office pleasant, comfortable, and professional.
- Managing office inventory, including ordering and distributing office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Handling general office support tasks, such as collecting deliveries and visiting the post office.
- Helping ensure the office complies with health and safety requirements.
- Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues, including distributing welcome packages, equipment, MultiSport cards, and other materials.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Second Foundation employees.
What makes you a great candidate?
- You have previous experience in administration, office support, reception, or a similar role.
- You enjoy working with people and are comfortable being in regular contact with colleagues and visitors.
- You can prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests at the same time.
- You have good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are fluent in Czech and have a good working knowledge of English.
