Reporting To: Business Head

The Vice President is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through new client acquisition, strategic account management, and long-term client retention. The incumbent will lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable experiential marketing solutions.

The role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, a consultative approach to problem-solving, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the ability to translate client business objectives into integrated activation solutions.

Business Development

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target industry sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead end-to-end pitch management, including opportunity assessment, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.

• Act as the strategic business partner for assigned key accounts.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent value creation and service excellence.
• Understand client business objectives and recommend effective experiential marketing solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Lead client reviews, business planning meetings, and strategic discussions.
• Manage client escalations and ensure effective resolution.

• Adopt a consultative and solution-oriented approach to address client marketing and business challenges.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Operations, and Production teams to develop integrated activation proposals.
• Ensure recommendations are aligned with client objectives, consumer insights, budgets, and operational feasibility.
• Promote innovation by introducing new formats, technologies, and engagement platforms.

• Lead ideation for key business opportunities and strategic pitches.
• Develop compelling business presentations and proposal documents.
• Present concepts, strategies, and recommendations confidently to senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor teams in storytelling, presentation development, and persuasive communication.

• Deliver assigned revenue, profitability, and business growth objectives.
• Ensure commercial viability of all proposals and projects.
• Monitor account profitability and revenue realization.
• Support timely invoicing and collections in collaboration with Finance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Client Servicing and Business Development teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Management preferred.

• 12–18 years of relevant experience in Experiential Marketing, Brand Activation, Events, Integrated Marketing, or Advertising agencies.
• Minimum 4-5 years in a senior client leadership or business development role.
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring new business and managing large enterprise accounts.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and high-value client pitches.
