- Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Regional Collaboration: Partner with GOC regional teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
- Work Delivery & Quality: Enforce DV360/TrueView best practices and maintain high output quality.
- Team Development: Lead local team training, performance feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Operational Management: Manage resource capacity planning, workflow troubleshooting, and team escalations.
- Communication: Maintain strong, effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM, GA360) and top AdTech/MarTech tools.
- Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers.
- Strategy & Pitching: Skilled in programmatic strategy, preparing client decks, and participating in new business pitches.
- Background: Prior experience in a media agency, trading desk, or programmatic tech partner.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
