The selected candidate will provide high-level support to our attorneys (who work in several different states), and will liaise with internal and external parties, inclusive of business partners, outside counsel, agencies, and vendors.

Paralegal provides advanced legal and administrative support to attorneys across multiple jurisdictions while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, outside counsel, government agencies, courts, vendors, and business partners. This role reviews contracts and legal documents, drafts and maintains corporate records and governance materials, and supports compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, coordinating document requests, monitoring litigation and administrative matters, maintaining legal databases, and tracking legal department metrics and case outcomes. Working closely with the SVP & General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and legal team, the Paralegal helps ensure efficient legal operations, accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and effective management of corporate and legal matters.
