Role: Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and business decision support for OCL. This role partners with finance and cross-functional leaders to develop financial models, analyze performance trends, maintain business metrics, and translate data into actionable insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.

Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support for OCL. Partners with finance and cross-functional leaders to develop financial models, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic and commercial decisions. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; performs P&L, revenue, margin, and SG&A analysis; supports budgeting and forecasting processes; and maintains key financial metrics and KPIs. Collaborates with accounting and business leaders to improve reporting, manage cost center budgets, support special projects, and ensure accurate financial information for effective business planning and performance management.
