The Financial & Cost Analyst is a key member of the Finelite Finance team, supporting both FP&A and 
cost accounting activities. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and business 
leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and process improvements that drive 
business performance.

Financial & Cost Analyst supporting FP&A and cost accounting for the Finelite business. This role delivers accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to drive performance and decision-making. Responsibilities include supporting monthly close, analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, maintaining financial data in ERP/reporting systems, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, and developing dashboards and KPIs. Partners cross-functionally to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, and support audits while driving continuous improvement.
