Responsible for managing Legrand’s EH&S program within an assigned distribution center. Implements and manages safety programs to provide the road map to zero injuries and world class safety performance. Ensures site compliance with OSHA, state and federal EPA regulations, and applicable ISO standards. Helps drive Legrand CSR, Corporate Social Responsibility, targets related to EH&S for logistics department.

This Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager role is responsible for leading and continuously improving safety, health, and environmental programs within a distribution center environment. The position ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards while driving a culture focused on injury prevention, risk reduction, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, leading incident investigations, performing job safety analyses, implementing corrective actions, managing safety training programs, and overseeing environmental initiatives related to energy, waste, air, and water. The role partners closely with site leadership, HR, and employees to support workers' compensation efforts, ergonomic improvements, sustainability goals, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
