Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to join the Power & Thermal Management Team. The Director of Operations is responsible for the end-to-end operational leadership, performance, and transformation of the Juarez, Mexico and Santa Teresa, NM manufacturing and distribution facilities, which are critical nodes within the DPC global value stream.
This role drives the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous transformation of the sites to deliver best-in-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, while enabling long-term growth, capacity expansion, and customer service excellence.
Acts as a key leader within the DPC operations organization, partnering across business units and functions to align site performance with division strategy.

The Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Juarez, Mexico and Santa Teresa, NM manufacturing and distribution facilities, driving world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, working capital, and customer service. This role develops and executes site strategy, leads capacity planning and footprint decisions, and ensures alignment with business objectives through strong cross-functional partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing and distribution operations, supporting new product launches and transfers, driving Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, leading talent development and succession planning, and managing large-scale capital projects. Serving as a key operations leader, the Director collaborates with executive leadership and functional teams to optimize performance, enable growth, foster a zero-injury culture, and ensure the facilities support both short- and long-term business goals.
