About the Position
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职能

- Provide technical support and responsible for CSI analysis and reports.
- 支持客户的技术服务工作，负责各类CSI技术分析及报告撰写工作。
- Responsible for project and material development activity
- 负责内部项目及新材料开发等相关实验活动，包括实验方案的制定，测试，数据统计和报告的编辑等工作。
- Ability to organize and conduct internal and external metallographic training and other customer training activities.
能够组织和开展内外部金相培训及其他客户培训。
- Provide with technical investigations and solutions for complex cases for both internal and customer technical development.
为内外部技术开发活动的复杂问题，提供技术调查和解决方案。
- Lead and drive the initiation and management of internal and cross-function projects.
主导并推动部门内外相关项目的立项与管理。
- Monitor competitors’ technical activities, collecting information and investigate.
跟踪竞争对手产品和技术活动，收集相关信息并研究。
- Perform technical marketing, conference, exhibitions, proofing translation on marketing materials.
- 参与技术市场推广活动，行业会议，展览以及负责确认相应技术宣传材料。

- Bachelor degree or above in Materials Science or related, with 5+ years working experience.

- Good English skill in Writing, Reading, listening and talk.

- Essential knowledge about products and process.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT 身体要求和工作环境

- Mobility required with short notice for travelling.
