La division Optical & RF chez STMicroelectronics est dédiée à la vente de nos technologies différenciées propriétaires en silicium optique et RF mmW (BiCMOS, Photonique sur Silicium, FDSOI) à des marchés spécialisés en forte expansion, tels que le marché des centres de données IA ou le marché des satellites LEO, à travers des programmes durables et rentables avec des clients sélectionnés.

La ligne de métier Optique se concentre sur les technologies avancées BiCMOS et Photonique sur Silicium de ST pour les interconnexions optiques cloud, stimulant l'innovation et le succès commercial dans les marchés des communications de données et des télécommunications.

VOTRE RÔLE

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet motivé et entrepreneurial pour renforcer notre unité commerciale Optique. Votre mission sera de :

Piloter et coordonner la collaboration entre les clients des communications de données et des télécommunications et les parties prenantes de ST, via un modèle commercial de fonderie de wafers (COT Customer Owning Tools), en accompagnant les clients depuis l’évaluation des performances de la technologie silicium, la conception de prototypes jusqu’à la montée en production, incluant la conception IP, les tests d’emballage et les services d’industrialisation lorsque cela est applicable.
Diriger et gérer des équipes transverses (marketing, planification, support conception, experts technologiques, ventes) à travers des équipes cœur, des réunions dédiées, pour coordonner le support client, suivre les questions et demandes des clients, assurer une réponse rapide avec les experts internes, gérer la communication avec les clients en conséquence.
Identifier de manière proactive les risques et opportunités, en mettant en œuvre des stratégies d’atténuation.
Gérer efficacement la portée, le planning, le budget et les ressources du projet, en garantissant une livraison dans les délais et des standards de qualité alignés avec les meilleures pratiques de gestion de programme.
Communiquer efficacement le statut, les défis et les résultats du projet à toutes les parties prenantes, en favorisant la transparence et l’alignement.
Favoriser une culture d’innovation et d’amélioration continue, en encourageant la résolution créative de problèmes et la prise de décision agile.
Agir comme catalyseur de changement en défendant de nouvelles idées, en soutenant les initiatives de développement commercial et en alignant les projets avec les priorités stratégiques.

VOS COMPÉTENCES & EXPÉRIENCES

Chef de projet expérimenté avec une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes et transverses dans les industries de haute technologie ou des semi-conducteurs.
Esprit entrepreneurial avec la capacité de stimuler l’innovation et de s’adapter au changement.
Bonne compréhension technique des technologies silicium RF.
Bonne compréhension technique de la technologie Photonique sur Silicium, des communications optiques ou des domaines connexes est fortement souhaitée.
Excellentes compétences en leadership et en relations interpersonnelles, capable de motiver des équipes transverses et de gérer des relations complexes avec les parties prenantes.
Capacité avérée à gérer plusieurs priorités, à livrer des résultats sous pression et à s’adapter à des dynamiques de marché en rapide évolution.
Solides compétences en communication, écrite et orale, avec la capacité d’influencer à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
Familiarité avec les modèles commerciaux de fonderie de wafers (COT/COT+), la gestion du cycle de vie produit et l’alignement commercial est un plus.
Certifications pertinentes en gestion de projet (PMP, Agile) sont un avantage.

WHO WE ARE

The Optical & RF Division at STMicroelectronics is dedicated to selling our proprietary Optical and RF mmW silicon differentiated technologies (BiCMOS, Silicon Photonics, FDSOI) to specialized markets in high expansion, like the AI data centers market or the LEO satellite market, through sustainable and profitable programs with selected customers.

The Optical Business Line focuses on advanced ST’s BiCMOS and Silicon Photonics for cloud optical interconnects, driving innovation and commercial success in Data Communication and Telecommunication markets.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Project Manager to strengthen our Optical Business Unit. Your mission will be to:

Drive and coordinate the collaboration between Data communications and Telecommunications customers and ST stakeholders, through a wafer foundry business model (COT Customer Owning Tools), supporting customers from the silicon technology performance evaluation, the design prototyping till the production ramp-up phase, including IP design, packaging testing and industrialization services when applicable.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams (marketing, planning, design support, technology experts, sales) through core teams, dedicated meetings, to coordinate the customers’ support, track customers’ questions and requests, ensure fast time-to-answer with internal experts, manage the communication with customers’ accordingly.
Identify risks and opportunities proactively, implementing mitigation strategies
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards aligned with the best program management practices.
Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders, promoting transparency and alignment.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging creative problem-solving and agile decision-making.
Act as a catalyst for change by championing new ideas, supporting business development initiatives, and aligning projects with strategic priorities.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional projects in high-tech or semiconductor industries.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to change.
Good technical understanding of RF silicon technologies.
Good technical understanding of Silicon Photonics technology, optical communications, or related fields is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results under pressure, and adapt to fast-changing market dynamics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Familiarity with wafer foundry (COT/COT+) business models, product lifecycle management, and commercial alignment is a plus.
Relevant project management certifications (PMP, Agile) are advantageous.
