The Vietnam Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Vietnam. We develop and execute business strategies to achieve our vision in providing everyday services that matter most to consumers in Vietnam. Omni-commerce is a fast-growing vertical within Grab. Omni-commerce works with a wide range of food merchants on Deals, Loyalty, Reservation... As part of the Commercial team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy, building partnerships, and driving execution to grow Grab's presence and impact across Southeast Asia.

This role offers a high-impact, senior commercial opportunity to independently drive and scale Grab Vietnam's Omni-commerce business, managing a high-leverage portfolio.
As a Manager, you will operate as an autonomous commercial manager. You will take full end-to-end ownership of new commercial Joint Business Planning (JBP) projects to unlock major growth engines (Dine Out Deals, Reservations, CRM, and loyalty programs). Reporting to Head of the department, you will lead, coach, and elevate a team of Operations, Planner, Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development (BD) specialists, combining deep F&B industry expertise with elite commercial execution to expand Grab's O2O market leadership.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Commercial Expansion:
- Structure, negotiate, and execute strategic, multi-million-dollar Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-tier national F&B chains and enterprise brand groups.
- Independently identify, pitch, and close high-value commercial deals, designing creative co-investment and promotional models that maximize mutual GMV and Revenue.
- Independent Business Steering & Portfolio Ownership:
- Autonomously steer the Vietnam Omni-commerce commercial roadmap, translating high-level country goals into actionable BD, pitching, and account growth strategies.
- Own overall business health, tracking weekly performance, analyzing drivers, and proactively executing course corrections to hit GMV and monetization targets.
- People Leadership & Team Coaching:
- Directly manage, coach, and upskill a commercial squad across Business Development (BD) and Account Management (AM) lines.
- Build a culture of commercial excellence, mentoring junior team members on strategic pitching, complex account negotiation.
- 0-to-1 Operational & GTM Architecture:
- Design seamless cross-functional SOPs connecting local sales teams, OneGrab cross-vertical squads, and regional product teams into a unified commercial engine.
- Orchestrate multiple, high-speed Go-To-Market (GTM) product rollouts in parallel
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Experience:
- 7+ years of commercial experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Commercial Strategy within the F&B, Retail, E-Commerce, or O2O tech sectors.
- Proven track record of independently structuring and closing complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) or enterprise commercial partnerships.
- F&B Domain Mastery & Business Ownership:
- Deep, nuanced understanding of the Vietnam F&B landscape, restaurant operating economics, and enterprise brand dynamics.
- Proven capability to run a business line independently, demonstrating strong financial acumen (P&L, take rates, margin optimization);
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Drive, coach, and elevate commercial teams, transitioning from individual contribution to multiplying impact through others.
- Exceptional C-level negotiation, executive presentation, and matrix stakeholder management skills (aligning local operations, legal/compliance, and regional product teams).
