Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. You will provide second/third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels
Provide expertise and deliver operational support within SLAs, following ITS processes. Monitor daily activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to departmental policies. Offer backline technical support for business applications, prepare technical reports, and plan implementations with minimal disruption.
Last but not least, investigate problems, liaise with staff on system enhancements, projects and platform patches, and upgrades.
