Where You'll Make a Difference
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts across multiple buying locations, including global and international customers.
- Manage complex customer portfolios and identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, market challenges, and growth strategies.
- Leverage deep product knowledge to recommend solutions that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution.
- Lead account planning, business reviews, and long-term growth initiatives for strategic customers.
- Identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to support business development efforts.
- Negotiate and influence decision-makers across customer organizations to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention through consultative selling and relationship management.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in food science or similar required.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, and multi-site customer accounts.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate features into customer benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% to support customer relationships, business growth, and project execution.
