We are looking for a talented Health, Safety, and Environmental Leader to join our Cummins Inc. team in Elkhart, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Champion a proactive health, safety, and environmental culture that protects employees, operations, and surrounding communities.
Lead site-wide HSE programs and initiatives that drive compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
Identify hazards, environmental aspects, and compliance gaps to strengthen operational performance and prevent incidents.
Develop and execute strategic HSE objectives that align business priorities with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Influence leaders and employees to adopt safe, sustainable work practices that improve workplace outcomes.
Drive data-informed decisions through analysis of HSE metrics, audit findings, and performance trends.
Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
Foster organizational capability through training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration that strengthens HSE performance.
