As a Salesforce Support Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and improving Salesforce and its integrated systems. Your expertise will help ensure seamless operations, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results.
How you'll make an impact
- Resolve escalated Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex configurations, integrations, and automations.
- Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and deploy solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve platform performance.
- Document solutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base for continuous learning.
- Recommend enhancements to optimize Salesforce functionality and user experience.
About you
- Has 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Level 2 Support Analyst.
- Understands Salesforce configurations deeply, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Excels at troubleshooting flows, automations, user access, and object configurations.
- Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to every challenge.
- Thrives in enterprise support environments and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.
