The Position
Enterprise Insight lead
Drive an integrated, enterprise-wide insight engine by unifying patient, customer, and commercial data (Roche Performance) into one coherent strategic narrative. Enable high-quality, data-driven decision making that accelerates patient access, business performance, and organisational impact.

Breakthrough Access Business Case
Enterprise & Advanced Insight Integration
to shape key decisions for growth, performance, and strategic prioritisation.
Understand patient value and investment requirements for each breakthrough opportunity. Analyse across portfolio to guide the DA on optimisation patient opportunity
Build integrated insight across all business units and patient-support initiatives. Create the “single source of insight truth” for the organisation and provide early signals, scenario modelling, and forward-looking recommendations that guide portfolio decisions, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Business Investment Opportunity : Understand and access potential breakthrough opportunity for patient impact areas
Support IDVL & DA Team on Patient funnel to visualise deep understanding of patient characteristics, patient segmentation, and behaviour across the full patient journey.
Conduct end-to-end patient funnel analysis to identify barriers, breakthrough opportunities, and accelerate the plan.
Partner closely with IDVL & DA Team, and cross-functional teams to unlock OOP channel efficiency and improve patient access.
Collaborate with ICX Partner to translate funnel signals into clear actions for marketing, field, digital, and business teams.
Business Case Simulation :
Collaborate with IDVL, and Access to build business cases that support Macro level access and reimbursement strategy (Core Onco DA)
Conduct scenario analysis and model various access pathways to guide reimbursement priorities and investment decisions.
Customer Insight
Generate a holistic understanding of customer needs, segmentation, behaviour drivers, and personas.
Integrate all CX signals across touchpoints to create a unified customer storyline. Turn Customer insights to proposed actionable item to DA team
Serve as the point of contact for APAC & Global insight-related initiatives and frameworks.
Roche Performance
Working closely with FEP on bringing Roche performance (Planned & Actual) to integrate with overall insight
Organisational Insight & Enterprise Analytics, In partnership with the Head of BE to..
- Build and continuously refine the organisation’s strategic planning process and shift focus to accelerate commercialisation.
- Understand organisational priorities and key indicators of success, breakthrough areas, and convert them into forward-looking insights
- Integrate organisational insights with sales metrics (volume/value), performance drivers, portfolio trends, and channel mix implications to form a full enterprise performance picture.

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, an advanced degree in MBA is a plus
Strong enterprise leadership of cross functional teams and ability to influence across a matrix without authority
Experience in insight generation processes, turning available data into actionable suggestions that can contribute to the desired outcomes for each disease area.
