As an F&B Product Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary and hospitality skills while supporting our Kitchen and Food & Beverage Product team. You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

Internship Period: January – July 2027
What will you learn:
- Assist the Kitchen team with daily food preparation and production according to hotel standards.
- Assist in preparing and presenting food according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and handling food ingredients as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the Kitchen team during daily operations, events, and special functions.
- Demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn throughout the internship.
Requirements
What you bring:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related program.
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not required.
- Passion for culinary arts and interest in developing professional kitchen skills.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced culinary professionals.
- Indonesian citizen only.
